    I think the problem faced in ELT is The bad behavior of students

    and that problem can be categorized into Action Research

    My reason of choosing this problem is based on my teacher experience. It is difficult to get to the point if the student's behaviour are bad. Disturbing, chitchatting, rebelling, disobedience, lack of concentration etc. As a teacher we must keep self control, be cool down unless there will be no teaching process occurs. Try to control the situation. Take a deep breathe and listen to them. After getting the point try to get involve without arguing. Make a situation that makes them silent. Then guide them to the togetherness.

    I think one of the problems that faced in english language teacheng is Lack of Learner Motivation,from example, Students skip class, and when they do show up it's likely due to fear of failure more than anything else. They may lack any semblance of attention during class, chatting with classmates, doodling in their note books or, (gasp!) in their textbooks.

    and that problem can be included into action research.

    that problem is very interesting because, i think as a teacher not only teach about the knowledge but also give motivation (motivator) to students in order to reach the aim of learning. such as to find the fit methodologies of teching to solve that problem.

    In my opinion, one of the problems that faced in English Language Teaching is Over-Crowded (Large) English Classes.

    After learning the categories of research above, it can be concluded that the problem is categorized into Action Research.
    The problem is so interesting because I have experienced it. The teachers in large classes (the number of learners) may feel physically weary. They may speak louder and move more often or longer distances than they do in small classes. Other problems such as monitoring attendance and checking assignments are also constantly worrying many teachers involved in large class teaching. They feel they are unable to control what is happening, and that the classes become too noisy. In the other hand, students feel they can't have two way communication with the teacher; and that they rarely have chances to practice what they've been learning.

    i think we as teachers can not understand and can not control the class causing a lack of communication and lead to learning goals can not be delivered properly. And research used for the above problems is the action research.

    The problem is very interesting because many teachers can not solve this problem because of lack of ability to handle these issues even though this is a very fundamental problem

    In my opinion, problem faced in English Language Teaching: Teaching English to non-native speakers can present challenges to even the most patient teacher. Our experience depends on the school where our teach,the students in our class and the way that we approach lessons. Whenever possible, we should try to anticipate problems in the classroom and take steps to fix them before they become even bigger problems, such as Motivation, Communication,and Multilevel Classroom.

    It can be concluded that the problem is categorized into Action Research.

    That problem is so interesting because in ELT is a complex package of issues. And there is no one size fits all prescription to guarantee everyone's success at the same rate.     The problem is so interesting because in every daily life I have a hard time arriving places on time. But the truth is, tardiness is not only rude, it can be distracting and disruptive of other students. If tardiness becomes a problem for your students, make sure they are disciplined. Set rules about tardiness and penalties for breaking them.

    I think one of problem faced in ELT is Students are unprepared.

    After learning the catagories of reserach above, it can be concluded that the problem is categorized into Action Research.

    The problem is so interesting because this problem talks us about how to overcome the students' unprepared. As a teacher we must make sure students are all on the same page before moving onto a new topic by concept checking multiple times, and encouraging individual participation.

    The last thing you want as an ESL teacher is for students to drop out simply because they felt lost and/or unprepared. Concentrate on a more shared learning experience. Make sure students are all on the same page before moving onto a new topic by concept checking multiple times, and encouraging individual participation.

    i think problem faced in ELT is we should approach lessons.Whenever possible, we should try to anticipate problems in the classroom and take steps to fix them before they become even bigger problems, such as Motivation, Communication,and Multilevel Classroom.lack of communication and lead to learning goals can not be delivered properly.

    After learning the categories of research above, it can be concluded that the problem is categorized into Action Research.

    The problem is so interesting because many times, students will automatically look to the teacher for correct answers instead of trying themselves. If the teacher obliges them with the answer each time, it can become a detrimental problem. Instead, focus on giving positive encouragement to students. This will help to make students more comfortable and more willing to answer (even if incorrectly).

    Problem faced in English Language Teaching: lack of the classes to do the teaching and learning activities in school

    The problem is so interesting because it made the students can not concentrate in teaching and learning activities because there are many students in the class. This became a heavy job for the teachers. They must be control and attentions one by one of their students. But with the limited time, the teachers rarely pay control and attention their students. It should be maximal there are 30 students in each class and build more classes.

    The problem is so interesting because many times, it is the teachers fault that class is boring. Fortunately, with proper planning, this problem can be solved. Choose a juicy theme to the lesson; one that the students can relate to and one you know they will enjoy. This will automaticaly give them some motivation and interest. Get to know your students and identify their interests and needs, then design your course accordingly.

    why the problem is interesting because i ever got the English language teaching in the 1st grade of junior high school and she gave good presentation so make me full of spirit for learn in English,But when i got 2nd grade of junior high school.I have the teacher who not better than before and make me lazy and he didn't give the motivation for learning in English.

    many factors that affect student did not practice the English language are:
    1. students feel embarrassed to speak English for fear of saying it.
    2. students who try to always use English but is sometimes ridiculed or seen as arrogant by their friend.
    3. environment is less supportive because when students are speaking English but no other person who join to practice English.

    Occasionally, students will not say anything because they are intimidated and don't know where to begin. Sometimes cultural barriers prevent students from speaking. If students come from a culture where it is more common to talk in large groups, move the desks into a circle and have a group conversation. If students come from a culture where one-on-one is more the norm, either let students work in pairs or let them do quiet work while you work with each student one-on-one until they grow comfortable enough to do group work.

    This is a common problem in any classroom, but it can be especially frustrating in a language learning environment. Set up some ground rules so students are aware of your expectations. Explain that students need to speak in English only, and use the conversation time to improve their language skills. If that doesn't work, pair students with other students they don't know very well so they will focus on doing coursework. If your room is arranged in groups of desks, break up the groups and have students sit on their own if they continue to talk

    I think, in my surrounding the problem that faced in English language teaching is the Lack of Learner Motivation from the students. Many of them lack to interest English study so when studying in the class they may lack any semblance of attention during class, chatting with classmates, doodling in their note books or, in their textbooks.

    The problem interesting because Student’s motivation can be a big problem in the classroom, and until now many teachers difficulty to face in lack of learner motivation and increase motivation of students.     Dear sir, I think the problem faced in English language teaching is less attention and intention from the learner. It usually happens in Junior till Senior high school because we know that not all of the students at Junior or Senior high school have good intention to learn Englsih language. So, it becomes one of the problems in ELT. If the learners do not have good intention from their self to learn English it will be impossible for them to pay attention to the teacher when the teacher gave a lesson. So that way we as teachers have to give motivation and the reason to the learners why English should be learned. I am sure if the teacher do these the learners will be spirit in learning English.

    Problem faced in English Language Teaching:
    I think, lack of adequate materials, student's home background and lack of interest in the English spoken on the part of teachers and students. Many students don't speak or talk in class just because they are unable to express themselves in English. Many of the students fear for reading aloud in class because of their inability to pronounce English words correctly.
    And that problem is categorized into Action Reseach.
    The problem interesting because of the distinguished teacher error learning process boring. since the method is less creatif. But by making the lesson plan, problem can be solved.Therefore, teacher should create an atmosphere of active learning, creative and innovative so that the student don't get bored and create an pleasant atmosphere.

    The problem is so interesting because a completely different reason for student silence may simply be that the class activities are boring or are pitched at the wrong level. Very often our interesting communicative speaking activities are not quite as interesting or as communicative as we think they are and all the students are really required to do is answer 'yes' or 'no' which they do quickly and then just sit in silence or worse talking noisily in their L1. So maybe you need to take a closer look at the type of speaking activities you are using and see if they really capture student interest and create a real need for communication.

    In my opinion one of problems faced in English Language Teaching is learners' become overly dependent on teacher, because students are waiting the materials just of teacher,although many opportunities to learn English are provide in many different ways such as through instruction,travel,study abroad,a course as well as through the media and internet.
    And that problem can be categorized into Action Research.
    The problem so is interesting because teacher many time immediately explaining the materials to students,and activities in classroom the students to the demand for creative,innovative,participate in classroom so that learning student isn't get bored and can create in pleasant condition in classroom..but also the teacher with the primary responsibility and handle if students of making produce plenty error free sentences or question of discussing,and the teacher had to assume the role of facilitator and monitor and can to develop errors of students.

    This problem sometimes come from the students. Sometimes the students are uncooperative or inattentive.
    a. Students look bored or don’t seem motivated
    It’s important to find out why the students are in class. Did they want to come, or were they required to come by their boss or some standard regulation? Do they have specific worries?
    b. A students refuses to join in with games because they seem silly
    There will always be students who think games are beneath them. Clearly demonstrate the purpose of the game and show throughthe demonstration that it is more effective way of learning.

    problem faced in ELT is:
    Lesson planing problems
    Problem with planning a lesson such as lack of time, or a need for a new ideas.
    a. Prep time
    There are schools in japan where English teachers get all of ten minutes to find out who their students are going to be in the lesson, and than prepare their activities. This is an extreme example, but there are few English teachers who would not like to have a beat more planning time. While you can’t add time to the day,you can make efficient use of the time you have.

    I think the conditions in the classroom while learning is not conducive for students who lack attention to the lesson and the teacher can not be conditioned in the classroom. Students sometimes feel ashamed to issue an opinion and there are still teachers who lack respect for student opinions, and solutions that need to be implemented are mainly from teachers for students to like personally and automated students can understand these lessons.

    I Think communication very important between teachers and students because when students don't understand what the teachers say, the communication can be a big problems for students and it often occurs in the environment of the classroom.

    In teaching English to young learners it is essential to consider how children learn. There
    Are recognized stages of cognitive development that every child passes through, and teaching material should take account of this. There is also a very great need for the motivation to learn English for both the pupils and the teachers.
    The majority of primary school teachers have an insufficient command of English to be able to teach it effectively. Teachers with insufficient subject knowledge have very little if any confidence. Without subject knowledge then subject application cannot take place, and it is unfair to place expectations on primary school teachers of child-centered learning or participatory practices. Where should they start if they do not understand the materials and their own knowledge of the language is so shaky? Lack of subject knowledge is one of the main causes of the present problems in teaching English in primary schools.
    The teachers are not assisted by their materials. The materials are not prepared with the level of available teacher expertise in mind. The teachers need help and it is not being provided. Teachers are not even being treated as out-patients and yet the reality of their condition is for treatment in intensive care. The textbooks need to set out many more classroom activities and exercises.

    This problem is categorized into action research-qualitative research.

    It is so interesting because we have to find the causes and try to solve it.

    The problem is so interesting because in many times, crowded classroom is the biggest problem not only for student but also for teachers.Crowded classroom has an effect the quality of the students. The student isnt concentrate in teaching and learning because the condision isnt condusive (noisy) students arent ably to get the profer attention they need. for teachers, this condition is harder to teach because the teachers are being overworked for to teach them

    according to me, there are three problem that faced in English Language Teaching.
    1. Lack of Learner Motivation

    2. Insufficient Time, Resources and Materials
    we know the old adage, "you can never be too rich, too thin or have enough English or foreign language vocabulary.

    3. Over-Crowded English Classes
    The number of learners in a class room can range from one, for those who teach individual private learners, to 15 or twenty learners in a typical classroom up to "multitudes of 35 or forty or even fifty or more learners packed into a language learning situation.

    Student motivation can be a big problem in the classroom. Someone who is taking an ESL course because he will be living abroad for a job is going to be more motivated than a student who is only taking the course because it's a graduation requirement.

    2.Communication

    When we're working with people learning to speak English, you have to learn how to communicate effectively.

    3.Multilevel Classrooms

    Another big challenge in ELT is the multilevel classroom. While schools do try to match students by level, it's not always a possibility due to students' schedules.

    Its problem interesting because communication in English teaching learning more specifically in English learning. if teacher cannot explain the material well, so teaching learning process will not reach the goal.     a) There are several problem faced in English Language Teaching. One of them are :

    1.Lack of Learner Motivation
    They may lack any semblance of attention during class, chatting with classmates, doodling in their note books or in their textbooks. One key to increasing motivation is to use activities matched to the personalities, learning styles and characteristics of the learners as often as practically possible.

    2.Insufficient Time, Resources and Materials
    This is one of problem faced in ELT. How students have a good vocabulary when we (as a teacher) teaching English or a foreign language in only one or two hours per week? The most effective learning takes place when students can communicate their ideas and share their products with others. A feeling of ownership and pride in their work is enhanced when there is this sharing purpose to their projects.

    3.Over-Crowded English Classes

    How the students give good responsible, if they are there in over-crowded English class? The English class more effectively, if they gets more attention from their teacher. They can make small group and explore their skill in maximum. Because the quality of students that dependent upon capacity and ability to educate our students for a future that increasingly demands responsible, moral, and ethical participation for interaction among people.

    b)After learning the categories of research, I can be concluded that the problem above is categorized into action research. Because the aim from this research is to find a solution or better condition of the situation by taking actions.

    c)The problem is so interesting for me, because that important for us. Especially for English teacher. While it would be absolutely impossible to provide detailed answers to such critical, world-wide problems in the English language teaching and learning classroom here, we can recognize our limitations and constraints, and collectively make an effort to address and overcome them. Besides that, in teaching language is usually accompanied by action. So in this research we not only find a solution, but also the most important is how we can apply this solution in English class.

    I think building up a student's English Vocabulary, it is one of the first issues teachers instructing students in a second language face. Thinking about one object and remembering two identifying names for it can be confusing for younger and older students. And it can be conclude that the problem is categorized into Case study research. This problem is so interesting because incorporating interactive lessons to identify common objects and images is a great starting place for building vocabulary for everyday items. Activities and practice material focusing on recognizing and using words with the correct spelling are key elements of instructing students in English as a second language.

    English language teaching in elementary schools, especially in first grade are harder and more experienced constraints in comparison with second grade, third grade etc ,. because:

    1. first-grade could not read yet
    2. children are still dependent on teaching teachers
    3. the need to attract media
    4. lack of facilities in schools
    5. classroom situations that are less conducive
    6. the kids would rather play than on learning

    This problem is categorized into action research.

    It is interesting because knowledge about English vocabulary in elemntary school become the basic knowledege for understand English. but in fact, students are enough difficult to understand what teacher mean and teach. it can obstruct process of teaching and learning in the classroom.

    The problem faced in English language taching is teacher's factors (in elementary school).

    This problem is catagorized into action research.

    This problem very interesting because teacher's ability in pronunciation. usually teacher in elementary school do not teach suitable with their subject. when the teacher teach English, he/she do not pronunce a word correctly. so, the students follow what the teacher said.
    The first word or pronounce that they receive will always remembered by them.

    I think one of the problems that face in English language teaching is the method of transfer of knowledge about material for students or manage the condition of students in class, because in a class not all students can immediately understand about the material and not all the students can submissive to the teacher.

    Children are all unique learners. As a teacher , we have to know that the children has different kinds or types. They are the children with very high ability and slower ability. To mixed their ability, the teacher should know and design the learning styles.
    And the problem is , the teacher usually ignore this important one . it makes some children who has high ability more clever and some children with slower ability are stuck.

    Problem faced in english language Teaching is over crowded English classes,it is experimental research, in my experience when i have observed in junior high school i could feel that was very crowded cause the teacher can't handle the class, so, the learning process not effective, when i helped the teacher for changed to taught in the class, i tried to make small group and pairs work to help in lessening the load on both me and my learn group of learners, i also separate at a view of the more advanced learners to help me with group work elements it doesn't solve all the problem, but it is a good start

  72. I think the conditions in the classroom while learning is not conducive for students who lack attention to the lesson and the teacher can not be conditioned in the classroom. Students sometimes feel ashamed to issue an opinion and there are still teachers who lack respect for student opinions, and solutions that need to be implemented are mainly from teachers for students to like personally and automated students can understand these lessons.
    - the problem is interesting because a lot of students in the classroom who are lazy or rarely use English in everyday life.
    many factors that affect student did not practice the English language are:
    1. students feel embarrassed to speak English for fear of saying it.
    2. students who try to always use English but is sometimes ridiculed or seen as arrogant by their friend.
    3. environment is less supportive because when students are speaking English but no other person who join to practice English.

    Teaching English in the classroom can be an intimidating task. Sometimes students either don't talk or talk too much, they speak in their native language or can make it hard to maintain control of the classroom. Occasionally, students will not say anything because they are intimidated and don't know where to begin. And overcrowded classrooms has always been a problem for me. This is a common problem in any classroom, but it can be especially frustrating in a language learning environment. because the number of teachers is not equal to the number of the students, I always find difficult to control the students. Even worst, sometimes, what I do in the classroom is not teaching, but making students to be discipline. I wish i find a good solution by limiting the number of students in the class. One teacher might be responsible for 15 to 20 students.
